3.2 You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.
3.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account or placing an Order.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel Orders at our discretion.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

4.1 We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the Products, their descriptions, properties, safety data, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are completely accurate, up to date, or error‑free.

4.2 All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated. You will be responsible for paying any additional customs or import duties (for international orders), or other taxes, unless we explicitly state otherwise.

4.3 We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but price changes will not affect Orders in which we have already received payment (or for which we have issued a confirmation).

4.4 Product availability may change. If an Order includes Products that are no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to (a) wait until stock returns; (b) choose an alternative product; or (c) cancel that part of the Order for a refund.

5. Ordering & Contract Formation

5.1 When you place an Order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance of your Order, and the formation of a Contract, takes place when we dispatch the Products to you.

5.2 We may refuse to accept your Order for reasons including but not limited to: Product out of stock, errors in pricing or product description, inability to obtain authorisation for payment, or suspicion of fraud.

5.3 We will supply the Products to the address you give us. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and accessible.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the Order via the payment methods accepted on the Website (e.g. credit/debit card, Google Pay, etc.).

6.2 You warrant that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

7. Delivery & Shipping

7.1 We deliver to addresses in the mainland UK. If you order from outside our specified delivery regions, it is your responsibility to ensure the legality of importing the products into your country.

7.2 Delivery times given on the Website are estimates only. While we try to meet them, we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

7.3 Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Title (ownership) in the Products passes to you only once we have received full payment.

7.4 If you (or your appointed carrier) fail to take delivery of the Products, we may charge you reasonable additional costs incurred (e.g. storage, handling, re‑delivery).

8. Safety, Handling & Use of Products (Important for Chemicals)

8.1 Some Products are chemical substances which may be hazardous if used improperly. You agree to read all instructions, labelling, safety data sheets (SDS) provided with the Product, and comply with all safety, health and environmental laws and regulations when using them.

8.2 You must at all times handle, store, use, and dispose of Products in accordance with the instructions and applicable laws.

8.3 We accept no liability for harm, damage, loss or costs resulting from misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions or safety data.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

9.1 Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer (not a business), you have the rights under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations to cancel the Contract within 14 days after the day you receive the Goods, without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the Goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Products unless we offer to collect them.

9.2 Goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, with all packaging and labels, unless the Product is faulty or not as described.

9.3 If you are a business (B2B), unless otherwise agreed, we do not accept returns except where the Product is defective or not as described.

9.4 If Products are to be refunded, we will refund using the original method of payment, within a reasonable time (in accordance with applicable law).

9.5 If you wish to cancel or modify your Order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, standard return process applies.

10. Warranty & Liability

10.1 We warrant that upon delivery, Products will conform to their description and will be free from material defects.

10.2 Subject to clause 8, we do not warrant that Products are suitable for your particular purpose unless you specifically informed us prior to the Order and we confirmed suitability in writing.

10.3 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product in question.

10.4 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of profit, business, contracts, reputation) except where law does not allow such exclusion.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, that provision will be severed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.
