Refund and return policy

Most orders are shipped via DPD Couriers within 1 business days of your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. We deliver nationwide to Mainland UK.

We will endeavour to dispatch all items within 1 working day. In the event that this does not happen we will ensure to call/email with an update for why this item has not been dispatched whether it be human error or the product is not in stock at current

From the date of confirmation of delivery, you have 3 days to contact us about any issues with the delivery. These include damage to products and non-delivery of products. Failure to inform us will void any claim. 


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped.

If you desire a tracking number, please contact us on 01827 830928 between the time of 9:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

If you have ordered the incorrect item or would like to return a product please contact us via email info@merciacleaning.co.uk. When returning goods please place a note inside the package to explain the reason for the return. Please also state what your ideal solution will be e.g refund or another product.

Refunds are processed within 5 working business days and returned to the original form of payment.

Please note certain products will incur a 20% restocking charge please contact us for further details regarding this.
