Yes. While we primarily serve commercial clients such as cleaning companies, schools, offices, and industrial facilities, we also offer products for residential and domestic customers.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide to mainland UK locations. Local delivery is available in selected areas.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days (additional fee)
  • Local delivery: Same or next day (depending on stock availability)

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Product Safety & Compliance

Are your cleaning chemicals compliant with safety regulations?

Absolutely. All our products meet relevant local and international safety standards, including SDS (Safety Data Sheets) for chemical handling.

Where can I find Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?

SDS for all our chemical products are available upon request and can also be downloaded from our website under each product page.

Do you provide training on chemical handling or equipment use?

Yes. We offer basic training and guidance on how to safely use our chemicals and equipment. For commercial clients, we can arrange on-site demos or staff training.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 72 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
